Questions, answered plainly
How the two-offer model works, what we need from you, and what you walk away with
A focused diagnostic sprint. We map where your data lives, how reporting works, where manual work slows decisions, and where automation can realistically help. You leave with a data source map, a reporting map, a readiness read, prioritized opportunities, and a staged roadmap. There is no obligation to continue with us.
Yes. The two are designed to work together, but each stands alone. You can come for the audit only and keep the roadmap, or come with a clear spec from your own analysis and have us build the automation directly. We recommend the audit first when the picture isn't yet clear.
Most automation projects fail because the data foundation underneath them is fragmented. Building dashboards or automation on top of scattered, inconsistent data produces tools no one trusts. The audit makes sure we build the right things in the right order. If you already have that clarity, we can start from your spec.
The build, delivered in stages: a knowledge foundation, dashboards and a reporting control room, AI decision support, and controlled workflow automation, connected to the tools you already run.
Product businesses: vendors and brand representatives, distributors, and retailers. They run on operational data spread across ERP, spreadsheets, and people's heads, and make frequent decisions that depend on that data being current. That is exactly the problem the two offers are built for.
The audit works from read access to your existing systems and reports, plus conversations with the people who run them. We scope access deliberately, only as far as each stage requires.
Consequential decisions keep a person in the loop; automation handles only the repetitive parts. We work within your access constraints and don't move data beyond what an engagement requires.
You own the roadmap. You can implement it with us in stages, take it to another team, or run it internally. There is no lock-in built into the audit.
N40 is focused on data and process automation for product businesses. We do not sell standalone product prototyping, MVP development, partner portals, or messaging infrastructure.
